Resident involvement is simply about you giving your views on the services you get and about your neighbourhoods and communities, so we can work together to make things better for everyone.
We have a number of ways for you to get involved, and something that we hope will suit everyone. You can start by coming along to our forums or getting involved in our yearly ‘your way, you say’ event. Or you can tell us what you think by filling in surveys that we send you. If you have anything to tell us, then simply get in touch and tell us what you are thinking. You might want to come along to meetings that look at our services, like our property maintenance group or our customer services group. We also have a group of tenants called the tenant executive panel, who have their own section on this website if you are interested in knowing a bit more. Finally, you could become a board member as a third of the board directors are made up of tenants.
We hope that you find everything that you are looking for in our resident involvement pages. Take a look at our publications if you want to know more, and if you do have any questions, get in touch and we’ll be really happy to help.
